I think this is Howard Meyer's first modern house. I'm not absolutely sure though. It's a bit of an art deco modern. This house was recently sold to a buyer who appreciates the fact that's it's a Meyer designed house. The owner e-mailed me before the sale and said that it was almost sold to be torn down and the lot divided in two. I'm glad it was saved.
